In case you want to cancel the service, just click on "Services" in the top menu and then "My Services"
You will see a list of your services and click on the service you want to cancel
You then click on the "Request Cancellation"
You will then fill in whether you want to cancel the service immediately or at the end of the paid period and provide a reason for cancellation. Please always state the reason, this is very important information for us to improve our service, thank you
