Valheim /// Cannot connect to server - Different game and server version

In case you can't connect to the server, you will get a message about a different version of the game and server, so please follow the steps below.

  1. Shut down the server and click on "Steam Update"
  2. If you are using "Valheim Plus", then update it in "Mod Manager"
  3. Make sure you have all the mods and plugins you have on the server and in your client


If you still can't connect to the server, please contact support via ticket
