The server should normally appear in the in-game server browser. First check the browser filters. If it is still missing:

1. Open Steam.
2. Open View > Game Servers.
3. Select Favorites.
4. Click Add a Server.
5. Enter the IP address and Query Port shown on the server's main management page.
6. Search for the server and add it to Favorites.
7. Refresh the list.
8. Select the server and connect.

The server should then remain available under Favorites and History.
