If one player cannot find the server although it is visible to others:

1. Open the server-management panel and copy the server's Query Info address. Your value will differ from the example in the image.
   
2. Open Steam and select View > Game Servers.
   
3. Open Favorites and click the plus button.
   
4. Enter the Query Info address from step 1.
   
5. Confirm the dialog. If necessary, select Enshrouded in the game filter and refresh the list.
6. Select the server and connect.
