Click on "Command Line Manager/Command Line Manager"
Select the "Custom Commandlines" tab
+New/New
Fill in everything you need and at the bottom you will find the "Active Events" line and in the drop down box select which event you want to activate
Click on "Save/Save"
Click on "Select/Select"
Start the Server

The only exception is "NewYearEvent", you enable it in a similar way, but you don't select "Active Events" but "Enable NewYearEvent"
