1. Click Backup World in the left-hand menu.
   
2. Select the world to back up.
3. Click Execute.
4. To restore a backup, click Load World Backup.
5. Select the required backup from the drop-down list.
6. Click Execute.

To restore only individual files, download and extract the backup, preferably over SFTP, and upload the required files to the server.
