Automatic payments using credits

Each customer can now individually set in the payment portal https://pay.czechchillout.cz/ whether or not they want to enable automatic payment of invoices using credits, the default status is always off.

Automatic is not applied in the following cases:
- Already generated invoices
- Invoices to increase credit
- A new order with the option not to apply credit at checkout

NOTE: This automaton applies to credits only, PayPal subscriptions are not affected in any way.
